Founded in 2016, ISA is proudly led by owner and lead consultant Scott Newman.

With 30 years’ business experience, Scott specialises in helping organisations achieve their infrastructure objectives. His expertise covers engineering and management consulting, major outsourcing, program and project development and advisory, leadership roles in property, asset and facilities management and general management. He has worked extensively within Australia with experience in public and private sectors across many industries.

Scott is passionate about driving strategic and commercial outcomes in business. His capability as a leader is demonstrated through an open, consultative and energetic approach, one that supports and drives ownership, responsibility and accountability. 

He believes strongly in the development and empowerment of people and how soft and technical skills must work together for success in any project, program or business undertaking.
